We spent a weekend at a 5 star hotel in France. The evening we came back our youngest daughter developed a bad rash on her body. We sent the pics to idoc24 and within hours we had advice and feedback as to the cause. So we felt better that we knew it wasn’t too serious and also that we could go to the pharmacy to get the right cream to treat our daughters rash. And a side benefit we shared the idoc24 feedback we the hotel which they took seriously and compensated us. A handy worthwhile app that everyone should have on their smartphone ‘just in case it happens to you’.

I have been using once this app and now have absolutely review it and suggest it to everybody: it has just been a great experience and, more than everything else, it made me save half a day of time in locating a dermatologist, visiting him and paying probably at least 5 times the cost of the single consultation. I love how technology makes life easier and cheaper, and am just grateful that there are new areas such as medicine and apps like this. Basically I have had a weird big red spot under my underarm for more than a month. I have been waiting to visit a dermatologist hoping it disappeared, as I really did not have the time to visit, plus, in Italy, it usually costs between 120 and 150 EUR for one single visit. While I waited, it started to be painful and get worst. I decided to try iDocs24, taking pictures and everything, it took me three minutes. I got an answer in two hours, with indication of medications that solved the problems in two days. The doctor is an Italian dermatologist (I have googled it as well) and gave me a long, detailed answer. Great, simple, professional app.
